… and this cheesecake is chillin’ in the freezer. Jason is napping with a little whipped sample in his mustache, and I printed two WHOLE (sorry trees! I will recycle I promise) books today to add to my research. Reading will come to no end! also, I found out this week have been granted $500! towards the annual meeting from the SGA, and I should find out Friday if I got the Alumni grant!
Tonight dinner was a little lack luster, the cheap steak I bought was uber tough (it looked good!) but last night was a master piece!

4 pork tenderloin chops
1 1/2 cups pom wonderful
1/4 cup Thai sweet chiliĀ sauce
squeeze of lemon
splash of rice vinegar
let sauce simmer for 10 minutes then add pork, and cook on a low heat. I sautee asparagus in olive oil and lemon juice, serve over rice and pour remaining sauce on top! totally delious! just enough spice!
